Al-Maa'uun (Al-Ma'un)
Meaning: The Neighbourly Needs (Barang-barang yang Berguna)
Surah Number: 107 = 7 Verses   (Revealed at Mecca)   ▪ [107:7]

Ara-aytalladzii yukadzdzibu biddiin
[107:1] Have you considered him who calls the judgment a lie?
[107:1] Tahukah kamu (orang) yang mendustakan agama?

Fadzaalikalladzii yadu''u lyatiim
[107:2] That is the one who treats the orphan with harshness,
[107:2] Itulah orang yang menghardik anak yatim,

Walaa yahudhdhu 'alaa tha'aami lmiskiin
[107:3] And does not urge (others) to feed the poor.
[107:3] dan tidak menganjurkan memberi makan orang miskin.

Fawaylun lilmushalliin
[107:4] So woe to the praying ones,
[107:4] Maka kecelakaanlah bagi orang-orang yang shalat,

Alladziina hum 'an shalaatihim saahuun
[107:5] Who are unmindful of their prayers,
[107:5] (yaitu) orang-orang yang lalai dari shalatnya,

Alladziina hum yuraauun
[107:6] Who do (good) to be seen,
[107:6] orang-orang yang berbuat riya,

Wayamna'uuna lmaa'uun
[107:7] And withhold the necessaries of life.
[107:7] dan enggan (menolong dengan) barang berguna.
